Default 91 Jeep XJ lift

I am doing something a little different... Building an offroa d tow rig. I bought a set of Chevrolet 1500 leaf springs. It adds up to an 8.5" lift. I now I will need a slip yoke eliminating and drive shaft upgrade in the rear, shocks and coils, track bar, pitman arm drop, New steering and a few other odd pieces, but after all that is this thing going to take the stress of the lift? Anything special I will need to do? And cheapest route for this plan?

Thinking beyond the lift, hopefully you don't have a d35. If you do, I would get a stronger axle or build it to a Super 35.

I plan on welding stiffeners. I am a welder and have multiple machines. I am not sure what axles the jeep has as I am not a jeep guy... I grew up in box chevys. I do plan on putting tons under it. I will be using this rig to tow my offroad camper.

The factory ride height is 17" from fender to center of wheel. It is at 25.5" now. Has a set of 31s on it but plan on 35s without cutting anything.

Yep, that is a d35. That's good you have plans for tons, because the d35 just won't last long with 35's, especially if you have plans for lockers.

Lockers is a must lol. I would rather brake than be stuck... Or both lol.
