89 cherokee, power locks and windows, i did some digging last night and I am getting power (12.75 volts) ton the door lock motors but the motors are not working. I removed on and took it straight to the battery the motor works, I found two relays in the pass kick panel, replaced them but there not clicking when i BELIEVE the should. Where to the relays ground to. I checked the black wires at the relays and they dont have contiunity to ground (unibody), but the are getting power.
