My 99 vibrates above 60mph. At 60 it vibrates when I let off the gas. At about 65 it vibrates all the time, but worse when decelerating. As near as I can tell the vibration is coming from the t-case area. I can really feel the vibration when I grab the t-case lever. Vibes start around 2,700 rpm and get unbearable around 3,000.
The usual culprits have been addressed. In fact the majority of the vehicle has been fixed/upgraded. The t-case and trans mounts have been replaced. The front end has new u-joints, ball joints, JKS J-Flex upper and lower control arms, Terraflex track bar, Currie tie rod and drag link, JCR bumper reinforces steering box, Advance Adapters SYE, custom driveshaft, rear pinion angle checked and corrected. 1" t-case drop, 3.5 inch lift and 32's. Axles have 4.56 gears with Detroit Tru Tracs. Alignment done at a shop that knows lifted 4x4's. Wheel balance checked.
The local Jeep guru who I've dealt with for 30 years and trust and has a great reputation in town (even the other shops in town speak highly of him), after consulting the most reputable driveline shop in Grand Rapids decided the offset from the not-centered pumpkin on the 8.8 reared is the problem. Anyone else ever run into this?
Keeping her under 60 on the freeway just doesn't work. Our speed limit is 75. I spent two hours on the freeway on Labor day weekend. Everyone wanted to kill me.
Any help is appreciated

My Exploder 8.8 equipped 94 XJ runs vibration free up to 85+ w/ 31s and 4.10s. I chased a vibration for a while that turned out to be the OEM front driveshaft being too short due to fixed length LCAs at ~3.5" ride height pushing the axle forward, reducing the spline engagement. Replaced it with a slightly-longer-than-stock "long spline" aftermarket part and all of my problems went away. Realized this after having the OEM shaft straightened, balanced and new u-joints installed :-(
I suggest you remove the t-case drop. You don't need it with a SYE and it makes the angle for the front driveshaft worse. If that doesn't fix it, remove the front driveshaft and see if that changes anything...
