8.25 strap bolts keep breaking

8.25 strap bolts keep breaking, its happen 2xs now the first time messed the yoke up and this time i went and bought a brand new yoke and was going to drill it out to use the old style u bolts, seemed like a great idea until noticed that the new yoke i bought doesn't have enough space on the back side for a nut sooo now its broke again
i used spicer strap kit not autozone or common parts place junk, just trying to see what other people have done thanks in advance guys

I am also confused... are you talking about the Ford "universal joint retainer kit" from the auto parts store??? I'm running them currently. That was literally the best $9.21 I've ever spent

I'm guessing you mean the factory style straps. Sounds like your pinion angle is off prob due to a lift and the drive shaft yoke could be coming in contact with the axle yoke or just putting too much stess on it.
