TireRack gives the revolutions per mile for different sizes of tires so it is easy to calculate how far off the speedometer is for your tire size.

I know, it's roughly 20% thats why I said that. With my 31's its about 10% so 200 miles on the odometer is actually about 220 miles. I calculate my mileage by filling up, resetting the trip and then dividing my miles traveled by the number of gallons i add next fill-up. But yes for the actual percentage look it up with that chart.
