I have a Supercharged focus with over 300hp that gets 30+ mpg's. I'm not expecting miracles and not asking for stock numbers but I would like to restore some power and get the best mileage possible with the 33's.

Well 4.56 is what I would suggest for 33s. I had 4.88s and 33s that were small and measured 32" and it was really low and great power but a little too high RPM on highway. 4.56 will be great, plus if you upgrade to 35s down the road you wont struggle. like if u were to do 4.10s. 4.88s, The Dana 30 pinion gear is really small and im worried for myself.

Goodluck with choice but i suggest 4.56
