You honestly need uppers and lowers but at least get some adjustable lowers. Bleeoffroad is a vender here and has some for $199 shipped. Scower local CL and ebay to see if you can find some cheaper. Get on SeriousOffroad and see what he has.

count on a sye & rear cv style driveshaft or a hack & tap w/ a driveshaft , its gonna have vibes at that height . trust me i have been down that road, also probably steering mods will be required. good luck w/ the project.

Your rear is what vibes. You will still have bad angles lifting it up.

Get shims for the rear leafs and you should be just fine On vibes. No guarantee but I'm at 5.25" lift with no sye shims or t case drop and I have no vibes.

I've noticed most guys running a 4.5" lift use 4˚ shims and 5.5"+ lift use 6˚ shims

No problem good luck. Piecing a lift together is best way to go imho.

If youre willing to buy control arms now you might want to look at control arm drop brackets. At 4.5-5" oem arms work fine and if you intend to go long arm any time in the future either cads or new arms will eventually get replaced anyways. IMO cads are a better intermediate solution. Been running them for a couple years. Keeps stock handling and plenty of flex at the sacrifice of clearance behind the front wheels. No rocks here so not an issue for me.
