I recently installed rear bumper and tire carrier on my 1996 xj the problem is that the carrier blocks the third brake light and to pass inspection the light needs to move, any ideas how to achieve this effectively and on a cheaper side.

 

Wire a 3rd brake light into a trailer wiring kit.
