Default 36's rubbing on cut fenders..

I went wheeling today and noticed that my 36's were rubbing on the cut fenders.. I think maybe these are a TAD too big haha. I had 35s and went to 36's just because I got a killer deal . So the question is, what can be done to stop the rubbing.. Im guessing more cutting and shifting the bushwackers up higher? can you bump stop the front?

Okay, bumpstops will help in the front too? How do I measure it?

Flex it out. Measure. watch your shock length too. Don't want them fully collapsed

Okay, thanks man. I did end up finding a thread explaining it. Also, with the rear. I like the DPG rear adjustables but will the ones that mount on the frame and contact the axle work okay? It would need to be pretty long.

probably wont be long enough. theres a few companies that make bumpstop plates. they are pretty easy to make yourself as well

I cannot find any other bumpstop plates around DPG is all Ive found yet. Any links? Id like to make them myself, but Id rather not weld tube on. Im thinking about going hockey puck in the front .. Or are the daystars pretty durable/

Hockey pucks work fine. You can also cut the tube part up front and weld tube there to extend it. Rear you could get some extended bumpstops and bolt/weld them to 2x2 square tube to extend them if needed

Okay. I noticed there are some spacers already on the front. I have to measure them and see whats what. I know they are too short, but then there isnt anything on the rear. Im going to have to check front and rear out soon...

Your Dana 30 is going to Implode with 36" tires. It's a fact. Inevitable. Certain death. Just thought you should know.
