First off, dont get mad. I tried searching google, and on the the forum and cant seem to find any info on this lol
Here we go! Will a 33x12.50 tire be able to fit in the cargo area of a Cherokee with it being centered side to side, the balk seat up, and the hatch still close?
I can build a mount pretty easily, but i want to know if it fits first. I know I could just simply pull out my 33'' spare and see if it fits, but im deployed right now and the jeep isnt very easy to reach lol I have a good chance to get a bolt in flat style tire mount and would like to jump on it. anybody want to help me out? pics would be prefered!!

I had my 285/75/16 mounted in factory position just have to unlatch the drivers side rear seat and let it push it up just a lil and it will work...that size is almost a 33

Alrighty then, I'll take your word for it lol Ill be looking into flat mount tire holders tomorrow. If i can build one easily myself I will, but if they are cheap enough ill just buy it to save time.
The far future plan is 37s, but I will have 2 bucket seat in the back by then so fitment will not be an issue... I hope

The whole reason I asked if a 33x12.50 tire will fit in the back is becuase I want to build a similar cargo setup as this guys WJ

I mostly want the rack system so I can carry all my gear easier. But I showed it to my wife, and she really wants me to make the slide out table too lol
Im really starting to think a 33x12.50 will fit, it will be pretty tight, but I think I can make it work. Just need to figure out a way to secure it well.
