You are hitting your lower control arms. You can put some washers behind you steering stops. I'll get a pic tomorrow, or you can Google.

Try some wheel spacers. I have the same issue on my xj. Hitting the lower control arm.

I would "Never" use spacers on any performance car/off road or drag race they create issues themselves safety. Use the right tire/wheel combo or cut and replace parts as needed.

My 99 runs 33x12:59x15's with a 3" lift and only trimming the fenders a little the wheels are 15x8" with a 4"BS I did have to pound the pinch seam behind the front tires to clear.

Think it's the pinch seam that's killing me. Gonna do some hammering tomorrow maybe. Got about 8 inches of snow today so it should be interesting haha. After that I should be good. You guys are thinking lower control arms which I'm sure will rub once all my new parts are settled, but the rubbing occurring now is more of a grinding then a rubbing noise. That's not the control arms. It's gotta be the pinch seam.

Thanks for all the input. I'll keep you updated.
