Default 33's high temp

I just got my amazing 33 inch tires on today!! so that was awesome! my jeep usually runs right below 180 on the temp gage so basically straigh up and down but when i got home from getting my tires put on and shut my jeep off i went to open the hood and it was so hot i couldn't touch it so then i went and put the key back in and started it and the heat gage was saying about almost 210. Should i be worried about this i drove about 30 minutes down the highway going at the most only fifty. I plan on regearing soon to 4.56 for better gas mileage. will this help and are there any other things I can do to get my jeep to run cooler? my other friends jeeps have always run way cooler than mine. so i'm also wondering if 180 is a normal everyday temp for before i got my big tires. Thanksss so much!!!

210 is normal operating temp on most xjs, im guessing you have a 180 t stat? Both mine run 210 all day with AC on

180 is no good for your fuel economy. You want to be running 200-210 anyway
Unless you've got a metric gauge face or something

That is normal operating temp of an XJ. Just make sure it doesn't get past that.
