My B Lee kit uses a 3/4 on the member end and a JJ press in for the d30 upper mount driver side. Haven't driven it yet still working out the track bar so can't attest to how it performs or holds up.

That's plenty safe. Don't listen to morons. Lowers I would go 1.25" heims with 2" .250" wall but for an upper link 7/8 heims with 1.50" .250" wall dom is perfect.

I got the 2-5/8" link tower and narrowed it down to 2". 7/8" ruffstuff heims all around. 2" .250" DOM for the links and 1.5" .250" DOM for the steering. 1.25" heims would be overkill especially for a little D30. I would also greatly suggest to cut off the stock axle LCA mounts and replace them with heavy plate steel ones, heims aren't forgiving like bushings and will put a lot of stress on the sheet metal stock mounts

What Royal Jeeper said above is correct.
7/8 will work. But if you go with a 1.25 instead of a 7/8 it will last longer due to the 1.25 having more material and surface area.
