Default 3 IN LIFT

I'm installing a 3 inch lift on a 99 cherokee sport. the kit I got from Rough Country did not come with lower control arms like the instructions show. should the originals be replaced with longer ones? Also I can't remove the rear bolt on the lower control arm, it seems to be rusted in. I plan on cutting it off. Any suggestions? I removed the nut, but the bolt is rusted in the metyal sleeve inside the old bushing. Also i plan on replacing both bushings in each upper control arm,but I'm not seeing anybody doing this online. does anybody do these rear uppper bushings?

I’m not sure, because I can’t find it online now. It had both coil springs and full leafs for the back, but didn’t come with lower control arms or the sway bars pacers like the instructions

They offer two 3" kits. Only the Series II kit comes with LCA's and sway bar brackets. Both can be had with optional full leaf packs. Looks like both kits come with the same instructions.
