I don't know what the hell is up with my upper shackle bolt. The damn thing is 3 inches out and wont back out any further. It just spins. I've tried prying it out while ratcheting and got nowhere

Got drivers side pack and shackle out but the other shackle is stuck. I pulled the leaf pack not thinking the axle would go all the way to the bumpstop since the other Side still had a spring. this is what I got now. A jeep that's *** is almost on the ground

Help..got the passenger side leaf in but delima is how to bolt up the shackle mount. The shackle is already mounted up to the frame so the leaf is squeezing in when I put weight on It. Thing is the bolt is so long it hits the lip of the hitch mount. Any ideas?

i put mine in soe the bolt went through towards the hitch instead of factory coming from the hitch. if thats not what you meen then you need to frop the hitch and if its been on there awhile your gonna want air tools and a breaker bar

You guys all suck for making me suffer through this alone. Both leaf packs are in. Replaced bolts with shorter grade 8s. Wheels go back on tomorrow. Gotta figure out how to press the new bushings into the shocks
Haha come on man don't you feel good that you got it done!? I have a few mangled bolts in my room that remind me of how much trouble they were but that I conquered (kind of weird I know).

Any ideas how to get front shocks out when the nut gets to the top of the shock and then makes the whole shock spin so I can't get it all the way off. I took a pair of pliars to hold the top of the shock but couldnt hold it tight enough for the nut to break loose
