I almost quit trying with 3 inch coils, I can only imagine how much of a PITA these are gonna be!
Remove the track bar, shocks, and brake line brackets. That should give you enough room. If not jack up one side at a time until you can get them in.

I can pull my RE 4.5" coils out just by removing one side of the track bar and jacking up each side.

question about my track bar, I got it mounted up, and got it to be (what appears to be) centered. I drove it a few miles to test it out and it seems to be handling bettter and tracking stragiht. Is it completely necessary that I get an allignment? I just dont want any odd tire wear.

Going from 3" to 4.5" you might be good without an alignment. You really won't know for sure until you get your larger coils and control arms in. CA's can change your caster angle, the height difference will also change your toe. You will also need to readjust your track bar once you get the coils in as your axle will no longer be centered. If it seems to drive fine after you finish and you have good return to center you should be fine.

$75 for alignment is better then $3-400 for front tires

I just wedged myself between my front tire and put my foot on a wrench and pretended I was doing a leg press.

Sorry, I was going to check on that wasn't I!

Yes, it's 21mm. I could get my 13/16" 6-point socket on mine, though it's tight.
