Nothing pulls more air than factory set up.

X2!
Why do you need extra cooling? The factory setup is highly sufficient unless doing any extreme driving or having an extremely modified engine. If anything I would suggest a thorough flushing and replacement of cooling system parts. The cooling system then will operate exactly as intended. While upgrading the cooling system seems to be a good idea, there is really no benefit for a stock engine under normal circumstances. Better to spend that money elsewhere.
Maybe adding a separate trans cooler or adding an oil cooler. Those would slightly improve the stock cooling system. And if you don't use air conditioning you could further benefit by removing the AC condenser from in front of the radiator.

X3 In my opinion the best setup is the factory system with a ZJ fan clutch and a manual switch to turn on the electric fan. That 3 fan electric setup won't pull nearly as much air as the ZJ or even the factory clutch fan.

The ZJ fan clutch is an upgrade over stock, I haven't heard about using the TJ fan clutch.

I agree with others that have responded here that the factory setup is sufficient and would add if you are having overheating issues that you need to address whatever the problem is.

But stating "Nothing pulls more air than the factory setup" Is just plain wrong. Fans are rated in CFM and you can go as high as you can afford. Racing vehicles don't use factory cooling setups, they use aftermarket radiators and fans. But again, it should not be needed unless you have a highly modified engine.

Unless your over heating the stock cooling system is prefect,And keep in mind a inline 6 4.0 is happy at 210 degrees and people mistake that for overheating when its not. Also those 3 fan sets up a few members tried them and the jeep ran hotter with over the stock fans.

I was considering the ZJ fan clutch when I realized mine was shot. By boss at the auto parts store said don't unless I am having cooling problems or towing. Despite it being shot, just freely spinning after the engine was shut off, I was not having any cooling problems nor do I tow. He said it would louder and gas mileage would tank. True? Damned if I know but he is one of these guys that you listen to when it comes to automotive in general.

Default ZJ Fan clutch?

Is the ZJ fan the electric fan that turns on every couple of minutes?? If so, I feel it turns on too often and would be interested in the manual turnoff.. Can you direct me towards more info on that ? Thanks

no that's the electric fan. The zj fan clutch will replace the stock clutch on the mechanical fan ran by the belt.

I know the ZJ clutch is slightly louder but I don't know if it affects fuel economy that much. I haven't done mine yet.

NAPA fan clutch #TEM 272318 is the std duty one used on 4.0 XJ's. A hvy duty one #TEM 272310 is standard on 2.5 XJ's. That's the one some owners switch to.
