2wd locker
Ok here is the deal, I have been looking for post on it before I posted this, maybe I am just a idiot when it comes to searching forums, it could be the case. But I am interested in what locking a 2wd jeep is.
I am not complete mechanicly stupid as I do most my engine work my self, but Axles and such I do not know much on as I have not had to work on them much.
I have a 94 XJ 2wd. I know, sell and buy a 4wd, well I might later, but right now I am gonna stick with what I got, I spent most my deployment money on a wedding that didnt happen. But anyways, if someone can give me some info on it, or can show me a thread, Be much appreciated. Thanks.
P.S. Any fellow xj lovers near NC want to get together sometime in December, early Jan? I get back from Germany in December. Then report to NY in Jan >.> cold to cold.

I'm in WNC but thats not close to the base. My question is why lock it? I've seen locked 2wd in the north but thats cause 1 wheel drive in snow sucks. Dont really get much snow in NC
