Unhappy 2nd Novak Radiator, Leaks Again

So I am on my second radiator from Novak on my 89 4.0L. The first one started leaking about 6 months after install from where the tubes meet the tank on either side, only when it would get hot. They sent me another one and this one is doing the same thing only sooner, it started leaking the same week it was installed and has progressed to a gross leak about a month after install now. I sent the old one back to them and they claim that it does not leak at all although they tested it cold. When I pressure tested both radiators cold they do not leak. They ONLY leak when hot coolant is passing through them. I am pulling my hair out with this problem. I have checked for electrolysis, tightness of hoses, mounting issues etc and nothing indicates a problem. Has anyone had issues like this will an all aluminium radiator? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Honestly? Unless you're cooling some sort of monster hot rodded engine, convince Novak to give you your money back and just get an OEM replacement. They cool just as well for 99+% of people, and they're a fraction of the cost (many have lifetime warranties anyway). I'd hate to be having this kind of repeat problem with such an expensive item; save yourself from the unnecessary stress.

I have a single core from O'reilley and it just does not do the job where I live. The temps get 105+ here and I do a lot of wheeling above 7000' at it just gets too hot. My whole reason of purchasing the Novak was to NEVER have to worry about it again, even if I go stroker. But to have this happen, it is turning a $1000 radiator setup into a Million dollar headache.

Was the new stock one you bought or was it on the Jeep before you got it. Man 105* at 7,000' is no where I would want to wheel at but I do at lower ones 3-4000' at 100* with a stock radiator with AC on no problems 95% of the time.

The new single core I bought because the original bronze radiator could not be rotted out (it had already been once). The bronze was in it originally but clogged up, it had been sitting for 12 years when I got it.
