Longer brake lines, sye, possibly longer shocks. I'm sure there's more just top of my head stuff

That kit comes with shocks and t case drop. You'll need an adjustable trackbar (I recommend rock krawler or IRO double shear), and extended brakelines.

6.5 in lift will require at minimum adjustable upper/lower control arms, preferably long arms.

If you want 6.5in I'd just go ahead and get the 6.5in kit and ditch the coil spacers. I'm assuming you already did your research about the RC joints and how they may or may not suck and you may or may not have to replace them. RC rides rough. If you like it rough and you're on a strict budget, get the RC. Short arms on 6.5 is not really recommended if you are using your jeep to drive anywhere with rocks. If the tcase drop doesn't solve the vibes, you'll need an SYE and driveshaft. The 6.5in kit comes with everything, but you might need shackle relocation boxes if you're unhappy with the shackle angle.
