Default 265 70 15 tires

Anyone running this size? I want to see pictures of this size. They measure approximately 30x10.4. I want to keep my 99 2 door stock with no lift. I would like 31s but I don't want to trim or remove fenders or lift. I like these cuz they are wide like 31s but the height of 30s. I already purchased black rock 997s 15x8 with 3.75 bs. Pictures on google are very limited. Thanks for the help

31s will rub on a stock height Xj. You don't want a real lift kit correct? Just go with what's called a Budget Boost kit then. It's a poly spacer for the front coils and most kits come with either a shackle or block for the rear. This will only put 1.5-2" of height on your Xj to clear 30s without a problem and will still retain the factory ride. I'll post you a pic of mine with the Rubicon Express 2" Budget Boost and 30s.

Here ya go for reference. It's the Rubicon Express Budget Boost. For 250 bucks ya get shocks, spacers, choice of blocks or leafs in rear (I had leafs) and a rear brake line. I had 30x9.50r15 in these pics.

Thanks. I'm really contemplating getting 31s now lol. I have my eye on the duratracs. good year is even giving out a $60 mail in rebate. Anyone running a 2 door Jeep with 31s and no lift? Trimming?

Duratracs are imo the best all around tire you can buy! And I might be able to scrounge up a couple pics of my xj when it had no lift, just trimming and 31's, but its a 4 door

If your stock height and no trimming, 31's are probably gonna push it. Maybe get a 2" BB to go with the 31's. it would look sick.

Edit- check my sig if ya wanna know how I feel about DuraTrac's. suffice to say, I was having a hard time making it break traction in 4 tonight. Roads are covered in snow. Best AT tire on the market.

He's right, if you're gonna disco the swaybar it will rub like a mo fo. If you leave the swaybar hooked up, depending on how bad your stock set up is, they won't rub. Also 31's on stock wheels will rub the lower control arms at full lock

I guess i'm open to trimming. I already purchased black rock 997s 15x8 with 3.75 bs. So that can push the tires away from the suspension. I won't be doing any off roading either. More of a mall crawler for the winter. My summer car is a mustang gt
