Default 2004 Jeep GC stalls and has a hiccup

I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was having an overheating problem but replaced the fan and motor and that is all set.
I currently have three issues
1. while driving ( usually remaining at same speed ) My truck will hiccup but the rpms do not drop - and then just resumes speed
2. I can be driving and it will drop speed and rpm's and buck then resume speed ( this has only happened once )
3. Twice this has happened - once, turning on to my street - the car just died - all lights and radio stayed on. I pulled to side of road - shut it off and restarted it. It was fine for a few weeks. Wednesday, I was driving and it just stalled. Same thing - pulled over shut off - restarted.
The Engine light is on: I pulled the codes - they are as follows
Po456 - Evap Small leak detected
P0442 - (evaporative emission system) small leak / no flow condition
P0155 - Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank Sensor 1
Po135 - Heated Oxygen Sendosr Bank Sensor 1

Any suggestions --

Ya. o2 sensors. Just do both if ya can afford it. The evap thing could be a hole or something anywhere, but there's a way to test for leaks that's not too pricey... But maybe a tune up is needed in general? Idk what kinda mileage, etc. your rig is working with... My .02!

Edit- the code thrown just means that the o2 sensor is a pre-heated style, same as my 99... And bank 1 (upstream) means its the one in exhaust closer to the engine. Bank 2 (downstream) is just behind that... (if I'm not totally mistaken)
