These are the only only 2 that are currently available from my supplier. The others on my site are on back order and I can't get a firm availability date. Something to do with re-tooling at the production facility.

Can anybody tell me the actual gains of a header on the 00-01 4.0s? I am looking into one as well but would like to know if they are really worth the $400 or if I should be putting that money into something else on it.

That won't fit an 00-01.

Torque and Horsepower increases are always a plus. Ceramic coatings keep more heat in the header.

Put it into something else. Upgrade then header if/when yours breaks.

I know they add power, was kinda looking for real world numbers. The factory manifold doesn't look like it's a very restrictive piece itself.

Anybody know how much the ceramic coated keeps underhood temps down? I'll be moving to Yuma, AZ in a month and the heat is going to be ridiculous.

I have the Rugged Ridge Polished Stainless Header (Omix-Ada I believe) on my 2000 XJ. It is actually on a 1994 engine and head, but installed in my 2000 vehicle. Not sure on actual HP gain, its on a 4.8L stroker. So far so good, Price was pretty decent. It has treated me well, was a PITA to get the intake bolts in however once it was inside the vehicle. Once I got the method down, it wasn't that bad.

I never noticed a difference with the Banks torque tube. Just no more exhaust leaks.

ceramic coating ain't gonna help when it's 117* in the shade. i lived in the Canyon State for 10+years and worked outside in that crazy heat. header wrap with cause the metal to glaze and fatigue from heat cycles. best option... ran this on my K5....Big high volume electric fans to circulate the air and hood louvers to let that air escape. the juice ain't worth the squeeze on the cost of ceramic IMHO

Expect anywhere from 8-10 RWHP. My biggest gains were from my tuner.
