do you have a header? have you done alot of performance mods? are you looking for a tone change?

from header to cat I would stay with the OEM 2.25, From the cat back going to 2.5 wont hurt anything. Bigger pipe wont make it louder, More DBs, but it will give more fullness to the tone.
