First, i picked up some 31's today for a hundred bucks ( they're not great, but will do), can i mount these on the rim's in my garage?? Shops by me wont mount used tires, they're 31/10.5-15 bfg ta, i have 15 inch steel procomp d-windows, was thinking soapy water and pry bar???? Second, my rig is RUUUUUUUUSTY underneath, the concern is contour area forward of the gas tank and the areas by the forward spring mounts (sorry, no pics yet), aside from general cherokee floor rot, i was concerned mainly about the spring mount area!! Thanks in advance, if poss, was wondering if some of ya that have fixed floors could post repair pics to further help out others that may have the same situation!! Thanks in advance fellas

Yeah you can mount them how you suggested. Best way to take the old tires off is a 2x4 on the tire and drive onto it to break the bead.
