Hello Everyone,

I recently purchased a NTM 96 XJ. She needed a lot of work but I paid a good price and was willing to take my time. The problem is that it is an Export Vehicle. There is no corresponding PDC, Fuse, or Relay diagrams that I can find anywhere.

Ok there is one other problem. I live in the middle east and there are no parts stores like we have in North America. I have removed my rear wiper and do not plan to ever use it. Where would the relay for the rear wiper be located. I want to pirate it in order to connect some LED Driving Lights. I would even be willing to use the Defroster relay. but all manuals (owners and Haynes) do not give correct locations; if any at all to assist me. Does anyone have any ideas?

One other thing of note. I can only get a measurement of 3.34v at the switch. which is a huge ??? to me. any ideas?
