Default 1994 XJ - Unibody Stiffers

I received the JCR rock slidders for my birthday. I of course installed them. Now that my jeep has a lift and tires I am wondering if I need unibody stiffeners. The problem is that I have to get new rock sliders because they connect to the unibody.

Anyone have any thoughts?

if you're going to be welding on unibody stiffeners you should be able to figure out how to reattach (or my preferred method; weld) your sliders to the new stiffeners. Or cut out divets in your stiffeners to make room. either way, stiffeners are necessary for rock crawling

Agreed. If you can weld in your stiffeners you possess the skills to modify and use your rock sliders.
