Toe out? You should have toe in. Your front tires should point in slightly.

Holy run on sentences batman, that hurt my eye. Take a picture of your front end. And what TC do you have. That matters with the toe numbers

Seven degrees is a lot for that much lift and I suspect it would place the pinion out of alignment with driveshaft.
The stock steering at 5.5" lift, creates a radical angle that maxes out the TREs. This also will cause wandering.
I tried a ZJ pitman arm on my 5" lift, it caused bumpsteer.

this os exactly why i wanted to see a pic. Using drop pitman arms and TB brackets on that lift seems wrong plus stock steering to boot

your LCA's should be set around 16.5" and UCAs set to 15" at a 4.5" lift.

depending on tire size your toe in should be 1/8 not to out

^Stock pitman, with RockKrawler trackbar and bracket.

Wandering can also be attributed to worn teeth in steering box, or slop in steering shaft joints.

A little too much castor for that height I think. Usually see about 5.5-6. Also should be toe'd in but Ive seen others have luck with toe out.

What size tires and what pressure? You could be tram lining. I sit 5.5" front with stock steering, zj tie rod, IRO track bar and bracket. Stock pitman. I used to tram line/wander a decent bit and lowering tire pressure and then new tires got rid of it with no changes to angles or alignment. If you have bump steer now go back to the stock pitman. I dont think you need a dropped one until 7-8" with the IRO bracket and bar.
