Default 1991 Laredo Intake and injectors upgrade help

Hello Everyone,

a little background first, I have a 1991 XJ i purchased a few month's ago. She has 146K on her now 4.0L AW4 D30 up front and a 35 in the rear.

I've been working on an injector and intake upgrade over the last few weeks and finally have her back together. I fired it up yesterday and it turned right over, however, the engine is running is a tad rough. check engine light is on as well. here are the codes.

12 Memory Standby power lost (Batt or computer recently disconnected)

13 No change in MAP from start to run

33 Air conditioning clutch relay circuit open or shorted ( Also will show up for rigs without AC)

35 Cooling fan relay circuit open or shorted

27 Logic module fuel circuit internal problem or TBI injector does not respond properly to control signal

36 Waste-gate control circuit open or shorted

I'll attach the few pictures I have of the work I did and the Jeep.

Here's the whole list of everything I did on the upgrade

-Bosch Injectors
-2000 XJ intake
-200xj power steering pump
-clutch fan removed (taurus fan to be installed)
-new exhaust manifold
-THOR cold air intake
-bored throttle body

I'd like to do a write up on the whole process, but its not quite the same if the Jeep isn't running right.

If anyone has and advice what to check or trouble shoot I would greatly appreciate it!!!

I don't know how or where you could have done it, but are you sure you didn't pinch a wire harness? That's an awful lot of codes for a fairly simple swap.

I don't think I did, I double checked. I did have to repair a few wires that had the insulation worn off ( the wires that run from the harness to the O2 sensor and the idle air sensor) I'll recheck all of those repairs again.

Do you have the MAP sensor hooked up?

Yeah the map is hooked up, I had to extend the vacuum line for it, ill check and see if there is a problem there, if the MAP is bad would it cause those other codes to come up?
