Default 1987 XJ Running Rich

Okay where to start off. i bought this $900 nightmare, its running super rich like 10 mpg has new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, exhust manifold, new pipes, no cat, air filter, new vac lines. i bought it with a crack manifold from research that isnt a big suprise. so replaced it and still running rich so i put a new 02 sensor in thinking it burnt out from manifold leaks. Didnt sovle the problem so i tested all the injectors and they where all 15.6-15.3 ohms. Then tested the map sensor and when i did A & B termails it didnt read volts but i did A & C and got 5 volts. Then today i looked at the ERG Vavle and i got it upto normal temp and unpluged the vac line from the solenoid and the idle did not change any ideas?

is there a thermostat in it if motor is running to cool it will get crappy mileage, also bigger tire on stock gears will affect gas mileage

yeah it should rob the gas mileage but not make it run rich and it runs about 190 degrees. just took of the TB and cleaned it along with the iac and reset the tps the lag is gone but not the richness so im gonna shoot for a new map and egr tm and if that dosnt work then i guess ill drive it off a cliff

well just put on the new map sensor and it smells a lil better not so much rich but theres still popping in the intake tube out of the TB but then i create a vac leak out of the map sensor TB end and it purr like a kitty the response is better and not so much popping in the intake tube. so still got some problems but getting there any other ideas?
