Im currently about to modify my throttle body, from the research Ive done I just want to double check everything

the manifold opening is 63mm?

so then if the throttle body is bored to 63mm, then I need a 63mm throttle valve.

is there any place to source a new blade?
Happen to know off hand the thickness of the blade for me to make a new one?
anything I need to look out for?

 

got it off and apart, looks like the blade is aluminum and maybe 12 gauge?

 

A lot of people make them out of brass.
