Default Flat battery.

Morning to all.Grand cherokee overland 4.7 been left standing for 10 weeks due to having it sorn,insurance to exspensive.Charged battery up overnight but did not have enough power so put the booster on,started after 4/5 turn of the ignition but alarm was on and would not turn off.Can any one help with this issue please.THANKS FOR ANY REPLIES .

A bad battery can cause a lot of electrical problems. If it fully discharged it may have a dead short and the battery will probably need replacing.

Thanks for your reply,can you recommend a heavy duty battery to replace my old one. Found one on the web a bosch S5/096. Is There a heavier duty one.

Default Faulty alarm.

Fitted new battery this evening,still having same problem alarm keep activating can not turn off with remote.Can somebody help with remedy thanks.
