I left my grand cherokee in b.c. on the side of highway 37 about a month and a half ago.... On my way up to alaska the rear right axle snapped and the wheel fell off. Just 2 days after getting the jeep broken into and a bunch of stuff stolen in vancouver... That was my Canada experience. The scenery was cool though, lots of bears.

Living on the island (Comox) but working in Vancouver. Retired my built up Cherokee and got an other one 10 years younger. Stock suspension so far....
Would be nice to hang out or explore with a few locals after work or some weekends when I am not going home. Cant go every weekend, BC ferries costs are killing me...

Actually quite a few. I was at a stop light yesterday and I thought I was beside one of those stores with the big glass windows that reflect back at you. Yep another XJ almost the same as mine.
It's funny but 2 of my last 5 XJ's have been bought more in your neck of the woods.

Hello from PEI. I just moved out here from Ontario this summer. I found my 88 Cherokee here. It's originally from Saskatchewan hence the reason it hasn't turned to a rusty pile (yet). She's a work in process. Any other Maritime Cherokee owners on here?

I could use a good Dana 35 rear axle if anyone out here has one to sell.

That sounds familiar, thread on JeepKings right?
Why is it starting to snow already? I hear down in Sketchiner/Waterloo the white stuff has been appearing. I'm excited to play with the new tires in snow but there's still **** I need to get done and I don't have a garage
