Hi guys,

I would like to ask if anyone has any experience of LPG on our beloved Jeeps here in the UK?

I bought my Jeep a few weeks back with an LPG system already fitted. It had a known problem in that it wont run right on LPG at all.

It stutters, the revs go up and down and finally it just cuts out.

I am hoping there is an easier fix that I can try rather than having to spend the £600 - £700 in replacing the entire system. I live in Lancashire.

Try on jeep_club.co.uk a few on their use lpg, I am darren h on it.
Don't think they use as much lpg in the states as fuel cheaper.

I've just joined, based in Gloucestershire.
I'm a member of a UK forum but not much chatter on there so I thought I would try the Cherokee Forum.
Take the jeep out quite a bit as its my only vehicle, always plenty to do on it but its in good shape. Just needs a front prop as the old ones not great.

 

Welcome MCQB. Your Cherokee looks great. Good looking hills behind it for trail riding too.

 

Anyone know any good places uk to get off road tires. I'm in devon if anyone is near.

 

At one time I lived here, very much it was pleasant. I think soon to visit.
