i have bought an entire setup for about 50 bucks. that was radio, mounting stuff, antenna, handset, and even the antenna brackets.

you can get a CB from walmart for like 30 bucks, they also sell a magnet antenna wich would be the cheapest way, i got a antenna and cable from the local truck stop for about 10 bucks each and made my own bracket for the antenna, its cheep and works good
