Im out this trip unless something changes. tow rig not looking good.

I always drive there. This time I am going to trailer. Good thing because both front wheel bearings are shot. If I was not trailering, I would not be able to go.

 

I would drive it there but its a several hour drive for me. I just like the insurance of a trailer incase something breaks that far from home. I drove it 2.5 hrs last weekend to big rock offroad park in maysville KY. The place was pretty mild and i didnt break anything. That was the farthest i have driven it to go wheeling. Normally goes on a trailer when going far. I have the front end apart right now too. Im re building my track bar and the brackets for it, fixing a power steering leak, exhaust manifold crack, and rebuilding the long arm bushings. Once thats all done im taking it out wheeling! I might get it done in time to cruise to the lima truck show next weekend but no wheeling.

 

Sucks a few of you can't make it...would of been cool to meet you...anyway....it looks like the herd is down to a pack...I've been watching the weather and as of now sat is a 50/50 chance of rain and sun and mon are looking PERFECT...not 100% sure but I'm planing on being their sat after work,early sun and mon if all goes well...don't want a sloppy mess but some rain would help...its been a dust bowl @wellsvile lately.

 

As of now my next chance will be later this summer.

My daughter totaling out her car left us really drained bank wise.

The money to replace a car was my trip fund..

Will be a late night tonight. Finishing up with customers now. Then I have several hours of jeep work to do. Then I have to load everything.

Wife is demanding we go, so we are driving the xj down tomorrow morning. will just have to baby her so I can drive her home
