you know you drive an XJ when you talk to other XJ owners that don't know a thing about it, and you feel sorry for their Jeep.

 

You know you drive an XJ when your friend with a new car complain about this annoying rattle that you don't even hear. I swear, my XJ has ruined me, people keep mentioning rattles in their car and I can't hear it. Guess I'm desensitized now.

 

You know you drive an XJ when your cupholder has a big old pile of bolts, nuts and screws that your still trying to figure out where they belong on the jeep.

 

they go in the cupholder duh! lol

yeah some of em got lucky and got cup holders. My cup holder consists of me placing the drink on trans tunnel on the passenger side of the parking break lever and shifting VERY carefully.

 

You know you drive an XJ when you use the space between your body and the seatbelt buckle as your cupholder.

 

Im a fat guy so there is no space there but still. lol.

You know you drive a xj when your watchen tv and see some new suv come out and its goin thro mud and climben hills and all u do is smile and say `id like to see that follow me thro the REAL trails`.

 

You know you drive a xj when you never think twice about slowing down for any speedbump. realized i do that everytime as i came across one today

 

You know you drive an XJ when you drive down the road and hit a bump and watch the person behind you swerve cause you just dropped a pile of mud.

 

I realized if you hit the gas it brings up the front end and you glide right over em. Some say its bad for the suspension. I say it gives me more of a reason to beef it up

 

Jeeps, the only vehicles that come stock with tailgating deterrence!

 

you know you drive an xj when at the beginning of a 4x4/camping trip your motor mount breaks, so you fix it by wedging wood next to the motor mount. worked great, had to put a few new pieces in now and then haha
