Default XJ speed limiter 118 mile how to

Hi all

any easy way to cancel the speed limiter on cherokee 2001 ?
some of the XJ don't have limiter they can go up to 130 why ?

Always wondered why mine didn't have a limiter. Maybe the non-limited were meant to be used for the Police Editions. Dunno.

The main reason was to see which cherokee is the strongest in my area they are almost the same on the sand dunes they are bone stock except for some 1-2 inch lift and exhaust
but on the street we can see so we well not fight

From what i've read a hypertech will let you remove the limiter.. Mine has no limiter that i know of, besides my needle breaking when it trys to go past 5 Lol
