Wow, apparently it's been completely lost that the main point of threads like this are for people to go and FIND the challenge, take a picture, and upload it. Not dig through old pictures. It's no wonder this thread is slowly bleeding out.

i agree, he found that one, but the "founds" are fewer and fewer, and that was my point. The vast majority of the challenges are pics we can just dig up. The "old man giving a thumbs up" a few pages back was one of the best examples of a "go and find" challenge.

see heres the thing... i completely agree with not just going through the photo album and pick out something that might fit a challenge, but things like a " you doing a trail fix" ... i'm not gonna go out and bust a rear axle for a thread. make sense?

I agree. I'm not gonna ruin my DD just for a challenge thread. IMO, they should be challenges that almost any XJ owner (stock or not) can get. yeah it makes coming up with a good challenge harder, but that just makes it more fun to go and get a pic of it.
