Sure, as long as I pay my fees. They always say I'm going too fast. The speed limit is like 4mph... How the hell are you supposed to DRIVE FOUR MPH? Do you know how long it would take to drive 4 miles!? ONE HOUR!

LOL im not close to any beaches that would let you drive on em... Either at SC or Daytona...

Yeah, the rangers are pretty strict for the Outer banks as well. You can get ticketed for going to fast, throwing sand with your tires (they say it's reckless driving), or even driving in the surf.
