That'd be a lot of quarters and definitely going out of my way to surround the XJ if I had needed to pay for each cart lol..

That's weird, I live in NM and I've never heard of paying for a cart and the carts here are half inside half outside.

that just sounds redundant ive been around alot and ive never been to a state or store that has had locking carts
