It's not that you get challenged, it's cimpleting the challenge. Right now it's a picture of a drunk, fat guy on your hood with a beer can visible. If you can get that picture up before someome else, then you create a new challenge for everyone else to try to get. Go to the first lost of the thread to read the rules.

I'm not on the hood but I am really drunk ( fell flat on my back 1 second later ) lol.
