With a 3 inch lift what else do u suggest doing?

I am just joking! IMHO You might want to look into a new track bar or lower control arms. How are your brake lines? Are they long enough for what you have planned?

Ok I just got this 97 xj and the guy who I got it from said it was lifted 3 inch and it has the death wobble bad just replaced the stabelizer shock today and it made it worse

Check all the steering components. If I were you, I'd start lookin at the trac bar first maybe its loose.
