Guessing you have a lift and your track bar isn't adjusted right. Front axle is centered.

Where your track bar bolts to the axle, unbolt it and swing it out of the way. Measure 3/4 of an inch to the drivers side and drill a new bolt hole, have someone turn the steering wheel to help line it up while you bolt the track bar back into the new hole. This is assuming you have a 3" lift like your info says. Anything taller, you just need to get an adjustable track bar.
