Default XF2E-CB vs XR3E-A4B Fuel Injectors

Basically I am going to change my Fuel injectors next 2 weeks or so but I am drawn between the Fords old design XF2E-CB (4 hole) or Fords new XR3E-A4B (1 Hole) I don't care about the money (GIFT). All I have found from search is alot of people have liked the XF2E-CB but only because it has been out longer. I am also leaning towards the XR3E-A4B because it runs off of a single hole but it more atomized, so it's more built like the stock injectors just better. Thoughts, ideas, comments, all welcome except it has the be about the XF2E-CB or the XR3E-A4B. This is for a 2000 XJ Powertech I6.
