first off. depends on how much they are asking to say like or dislike?, how many miles? what lift is on there?
I will tell you one thing i dont like off the bat, those 20" rims and all the chrome. its not an escalade.

nice rig, i'd get rid of the 20's and the little badges behind the fender flares. Maube sell the 20's off for something needed like regear, new axles. Ya know functional kinda stuff

Several issues for me when I look at it. First and foremost is the $3500 price tag for a 91. Second is of course the rims. Third is the fact that you should never trust what someone else has done with a lifted vehicle. Everything on it could have been rigged together and then you end up replacing it all with money you need elsewhere. Find a XJ with a reasonable price range, then use the $2500 you saved for the lift, rims, tires, and accessories that you want.

I am like the others.
Hate the wheels, and appears to be a short arm lift.
If I were looking at it to buy, I would have to figure in new wheels and tires, pulling at least 4" of lift out of it (springs/shocks at a min. likely track bar and steering depending on what you've done in that department)
The brake mod's have no added resale and in my opinion are likely in bad shape if running stock calipers and that wheel/tire combo.
With 36" tires and no mention of proper gearing, I'm going to assume the tranny has been run ragged... more $
When I look at the rig I see needing to spend another 1500+ bux (minimum) to make it a decent drivable vehicle.
That makes it a $5000+ rig in my eyes... not worth it when the southern states have a tonne of no-rust rigs in the $2000(clean stockers)-$4000(clean lifted/armored) range and plane tickets are cheap.
It's the same old deal, when you modify a rig of this type in an off the beaten path manner, don't expect to recover much if any of your money.
Hopefully, you will find the person looking for just such a rig... but you'll not find them in most jeep forums.
Good luck.
