Default WJ seats in an XJ?

My wife test drove a 02 Grand Cherokee the other day and I must say I thought the seats were mighty comfortable and with a 2+ hour commute in mine I was thinking about doing a seat swap. Has anyone done this? This shouldn't be too hard right? At most modify/fab some brackets.....right? Assuming of course I buy manual non-power no frills seats. Also my main concern is the front buckets, however adding the rear split bench would be kinda nice. Any thoughts?

The seats in our '04WJ make a 9 hour trip less stressful. They're quite comfortable, and I'd do the swap if I were you. I'd get the power ones though. Their adjustability makes a big difference.

Not too sure yet. I haven't seen the seat tracks on the WJ seats. I was hoping that someone on here has already done this and could possibly advise. I am hoping to find some good old fashioned cloth, non-power seats being as I have no wiring to support the newer seats and leather isn't my style.
