Can I safely mount my switch power line to this location for my hella lights? I am running a relay and have another positive for the battery going to the relay for the main power. This hook up is for the switch power, I just want it as safe as possible. If not, where would you recommend wiring it to near this area? It doesn't matter if it is hooked to my headlights or not.

Yes, that is a good spot for you to tap into for a switch.

 

Think I could tap there as well for the power for the lights through the relay or would two connections in the same spot be a bad idea?

 

It would be better to pull power for the lights off of the battery.
