Default Winch Front or Rear Locker first?

I want to do all three eventually. One of my buddies has a winch and he goes on all rides that i do. Most of our rides are more trail related. (Which most are 4-wheeler trails) some mud, trees, creeks type.terrain.
Which is the best locker front or Rear for that type of driving. I do drive on road for rides but never in a hurry to get to them.

WINCH, front locker, or rear locker...

Not which

I saw winch. Lockers may give you more traction in extreme situations, but you can still get stuck with a locker front and rear.

A winch is always nice to have.

And honestly most suggest the front first as its typically the first to meet the obsticle, and pulling up is easier than pushing up.
