sure it is,the tires are more then half covered,got all my lights,got an inspection till next year,no leaks or smokin the only "legal" problem is the exhaust isnt completed yet (has to have a muffler) oh and the bumper height but thats not enforced really,i see duallys and such with higher bumpers then i have,now if i took off the flares id be in trouble they enforce that bad,even ricers with deep dishes get tagged. if they think im not legal they must not care,i see the same cops everyday and wave.

I know here in PA flares have to cover the whole tire, some cops even tell you you have to have mud flaps. And dually's can have a higher bumper height, PA's bumper height depends on your vehicles weight. All in all it comes down to if the cop feels like he wants to stick it to you or not. I think I read somewhere that lift blocks in the front are illegal as well.

like i said i havent found any problems yet the cops around here see me everyday and wave back. they patrol past her outside like 8 times per night,maybe if i took it through downtown wilkes barre id get warned but no problems yet. DONT JINX ME haha

Her is mine i DD it anywhere i need to and it would still pull the boat if i needed it to. It will be a trailer queen one day but not at the moment.

Got my XJ 2 years ago from my dad had to put a new front axle in it but since them have added 3" full suspension kit including new rear springs cragar wheels and BFG All Terrains on it has 218,xxx on it drive it everyday and have for the past 2 years
